This policy explains how Adhishaya Herbs and Food Products ships your order and when you can cancel, return or get a refund.

1. Shipping and delivery

We ship across India through reputed courier partners. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location; remote and hilly areas may take longer.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping offer applies only as displayed on the Site at the time of ordering.
You will receive the tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email once the order is dispatched.
Please make sure the delivery address and phone number are correct. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated non-delivery may be re-shipped at an extra charge.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched, by contacting us at adhishayaherbsandfoods@gmail.com or +91 98168 89996 with your order number.
Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery, in which case the refund (less shipping costs) is processed after the parcel returns to us.

3. Returns and replacements

Our products are consumable food, supplement and herbal preparations. For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
We will replace or refund a product if it reaches you damaged, leaking, expired, or if you received the wrong item. Please report this within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video, and keep the original packaging.
Approved returns are collected by our courier or you may be asked to ship the item back; we bear the return shipping cost when the fault is ours.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. Bank or card processing may take a few additional days to reflect.
For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI to the details you provide.
If a refund is delayed beyond the above timeline, please write to us with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.
