These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://adhishayaherbs.com (the "Site") and every purchase you make from Adhishaya Herbs and Food Products ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them carefully. By browsing the Site or placing an order you accept these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order.
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when a product is unavailable, a price or description was listed in error, or payment could not be verified. Any amount already paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is collected through secure third-party gateways; we do not store your card or UPI details.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
You agree not to misuse the Site, post unlawful or misleading content (including fake reviews), attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy our content, product descriptions, photographs or branding without written permission. All content on the Site belongs to us or our licensors.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruptions and natural events.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kullu, Himachal Pradesh. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place an order applies to that order.
